Brighton Domestic Appliances Returns policy
Brighton Domestic Appliances only accepts returns within 28 days of purchase or delivery.
The product must be returned in the original product packaging with seals intact.
If you are returning a product which is not deemed to be faulty and has been opened or the item was specially ordered in for you, you will incur a re-stocking charge of 30% of the retail value.
Delivered items can either be returned into store or collected by us at an additional charge of £45 or at our discretion.
Products that will not be accepted for a return:
Personal hygiene products such as shavers, hair clippers, nose hair trimmers, epilators, hair straighteners, earphones and headphones.
Any products that have been opened and are without fault.
Any products that are outside the 28 day returns policy.
Damaged Delivered goods:
On the rare occasion that a product is damaged when you receive it, you must ring the store within 48 hours where we can arrange a replacement or full refund at the stores discretion.
Damaged store goods:
Products that have been purchased in store need to returned where we will inspect the damage and honour a replacement or refund at the stores discretion.
If you suspect a fault with your product, do make sure you refer to the trouble shooting section in the user guide handbook before contacting the store as it may be a common fault that can be easily resolved.
If the fault is not resolved, please call the store where we will be able to assist you further.
Online Dispute Resolution:
Regarding complaints on service and products, should we exhaust our internal complaints procedure we will inform the customer by post, fax or email that we cannot settle the complaint and we provide the name and website address of the ODR body who will be competent to deal with the complaint.
